STRAIGHT LEASE – PLACEMENT

Tenant placement with no monthly management

Services include:
  • Advertising-Websites, Flyers, Yard Signs
  • Provide Photos
  • Fielding inquiries about property
  • Scheduling and showing of property
  • Tenant Screening
  • Use of our lease
  • Performing a detailed walk-thru of property
  • Assist tenants with paperwork
  • Collecting deposits & first month’s rent
  • Year end 1099 for Tax purposes

Flat fee of $1,000

Our main goals are to place the best tenant in your home and make you one of our many satisfied clients. We have a great tenant placement history: most are long term and/or military.
