MELINDA PEDERSEN

Melinda is our ever efficient organizer.  She came to us as an admin assistant and quickly made us proud as she got her real estate license and has stepped up to our Property Manager position recently and we are confident she will continue to serve our owners, tenants and vendors with the continuously great customer service that is a tradition here at Great Land.  There will always be a smile on her face when you walk through the door and you’ll hear it in her voice when you call the office. Her amazing ability to adapt has made her our go-to girl for whatever needs to be done. Melinda comes to us from Colorado after first spending about 8 years in Fairbanks, enjoying all the cold weather they had to offer. She has made her home here in Eagle River with her husband and children and has recently become a proud grammy.  She is looking forward to the joys of helping people from everywhere, find a home with us here in Alaska.

Barb Leaf has been in Alaska since 1981 and all that time has been spent in Eagle River. Three children and four grandchildren later, she is still here and loves this little community. She has worked in the professional world for 30 years and is now settled in with her long-time friend Kathy Geraci to be a part of the Great Land Property Management team. Providing professional service with a home-town attitude. Barb specializes in customer service, and even though she isn't here full time, she is part of keeping the office doors open, phones answered and work orders handled .

PHIL GERACI

Meet “The Marketeer” – Long time Alaskan and avid fisherman/hunter, Phil has been an integral part of our team back when Great Land Property Management, LLC was Great Land Realty and Property Management. Now that he has transitioned out of the property manager role and into a behind the scenes position, don’t be surprised if you see Phil out with a few of our signs.
