Terry and I would like to thank the staff of Great Land Realty, and especially Michelle, Kathy and Cindy, for the way that they took care of our property in Chugiak.

Michelle took over the management of our rental home in January 2013. We received monthly reports, the rent money was deposited on time and repair requests were communicated to us and handled in a timely and efficient manner. She was always willing to answer my questions and concerns.

This spring we decided to sell the property. Kathy worked with us and recommended a few pre-market repairs/maintenance items so that the house would be at its best when it came on the market. The house officially went on the market June 2, 2014 and we accepted a contract for it on June 23, 2014.

Terry and I live in Arkansas, about 4,000 miles away. We had to depend on Kathy and Cindy to take care of the agreed upon repairs and other services. Kathy was always willing to answer my questions and many times had to calm my fears. We depended on them and they did not let us down.

Many thanks to Michelle for the way she managed the rental property and to Kathy and Cindy for their hard work on selling the house. We would recommend Great Land Realty to others.

We received the photos today for our house. Wanted to say THANK YOU!!! We were extremely pleased with the number of photos and level of detail provided since we have not seen much of the house since we left.
